IMPORTANT NOTICE

This app is intended for preliminary screening and educational purposes only. The Ishihara plates presented here on LED screens cannot replace professionally administered colour vision testing. Accurate Ishihara testing requires standardized printed plates viewed under controlled daylight-equivalent lighting conditions.

By using this app, you acknowledge its limitations and understand that results are indicative only. This app is designed to raise awareness and support early self-screening, not to provide medical advice, diagnosis, or certification.

If you have difficulty identifying numbers on multiple plates, or receive inconsistent results, you should not rely on this app for diagnosis. Instead, consult an optometrist or ophthalmologist for a proper clinical assessment using approved testing materials and conditions. This is especially important if colour vision affects your daily activities, education, or occupational requirements.
